I've picked up a bunch of discs for the $1 CD Special
I've been shopping at Half Price Books a lot lately. Since Christmas, I've picked up 10 CDs for $1 each. I've already played some tracks from one of them <i>Charlie Bucket</i>. I'm half-tempted to make a show out of the remaining discs. The only problem is that three of the CDs are by bands that people will be familiar with -- Coolio, Apollo Four Forty, & Inner Circle. Nope, I guess I'll have to stick with the original theme of the $1 CD Special. You can look forward to hearing samplings from The Swirling Eddies, Flight 180, Baby Animals, Dub War, and Mars Needs Women. If you're good at counting, you'll realize that comes to 9 CDs. The tenth disc is a compilation called Atomic Cocktails: Bring Another Drink. It contains 28 "...Happy hour groove juice specials...." It should be fun.
